The Peterson family has decided to make aviation a family endeavor. Wayne, being the most veteran of the three, received his Private Pilot Certificate in March of 1973. In mid-2003 the Peterson family took ownership of a beautiful 1967 Cherokee 180, shown in the picture below. Though Kim hadn't piloted an aircraft since July of 1985, a little coaxing from her husband and daughter got her back in the air. Some proficiency training with Kyle Nelson was all it took to give Kim to confidence and ability she needed for flight status.

Wayne and Kim's daughter Chelsie began flight training early this year, and on 08/24/08, her 16th birthday, she completed her first solo flight.
